The Biomedical Engineering Association of Mississippi State University is the brainchild of Dr. Simpson, Assistant Professor at Mississippi State. She wanted the students in this field to be able to connect and be affiliated with the national Biomedical Engineering Society, as well as connect with other students on campus.
